Just brought this to my attention .... A paper by Martin Roell on the use of Wikis and Blogs and their use for organizing your archives, and other useful ideas. I now increasingly backpost items in my internal blog (not seen at the top of the blog) which then act as part of an archive. I can then refer to these items later for reference or to act as elements of later posts. I have found this very useful. The advantage is the simplicity of the architecture. I can also point to the archive for others to search. This is in part what Roell is talking about.
